Russian-made lorries are almost unknown in the West. Only enthusiasts of the Dakar Rally, in fact, are familiar with Kamaz (that is, the most successful lorry manufacturer in the competition). Consequently, I thought I would remedy this injustice by writing about the most important Russian manufacturers and their most successful models.
