Come tutte le&nbsp;altre feste inutili, potrebbe essere tranquillamente ignorato da&nbsp;tutte le&nbsp;persone normali (sottolineo la&nbsp;parola normali), ma&nbsp;quest&rsquo;anno non &egrave;&nbsp;andata proprio cos&igrave;.<\/p>\n<p>A&nbsp;Bratsk, una citt&agrave; della Siberia centrale, tra i&nbsp;vari modi di&nbsp;far divertire i&nbsp;giovani &egrave;&nbsp;stato notato anche questo: il&nbsp;gioco per cosi dire sportivo dal nome &laquo;Un&nbsp;colpo alle sanzioni&raquo;. Pi&ugrave; in&nbsp;alto arrivava il&nbsp;colpo (in&nbsp;pratica, il&nbsp;calcio), pi&ugrave; punti venivano attribuiti al&nbsp;suo autore.
