{"id":4586,"date":"2020-03-17T14:25:38","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T12:25:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eugigufo.net\/it\/blog\/?p=4586"},"modified":"2020-03-17T14:25:38","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T12:25:38","slug":"le-mie-scoperte-pepsina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eugigufo.net\/it\/blog\/4586\/","title":{"rendered":"Le mie scoperte: pepsi\/na"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Non ci&nbsp;avrei mai pensato prima, ma&nbsp;ora lo&nbsp;so: il&nbsp;nome della bevanda Pepsi deriva dal nome della sostanza pepsina (<i>pepsin<\/i> in&nbsp;inglese).<br \/>\nLa&nbsp;pepsina &egrave;&nbsp;un&nbsp;fermento alla base dei succhi gastrici, elaborato in&nbsp;via naturale dallo stomaco umano.<br \/>\nLa&nbsp;bevanda Pepsi, infatti, veniva inizialmente pubblicizzata come utile per la&nbsp;digestione.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;idea di&nbsp;bere il&nbsp;succo gastrico non mi&nbsp;sembra particolarmente utile per l&rsquo;appetito (un&nbsp;po&rsquo; come l&rsquo;idea di&nbsp;mangiare un&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/eugigufo.net\/it\/blog\/4541\">hamburger marcio<\/a>), ma&nbsp;forse gli americani dell&rsquo;epoca avevano delle ispirazioni differenti dalle mie. In&nbsp;pi&ugrave;, non sono mai stato un&nbsp;amatore della Pepsi.
