Il&nbsp;mandato &egrave;&nbsp;stato emesso in&nbsp;relazione alla morte della giornalista americana Marie Colvin e&nbsp;del fotografo francese Remi Ochlik: entrambi sono stati uccisi nel&nbsp;2012 durante i&nbsp;bombardamenti della citt&agrave; di&nbsp;Homs da&nbsp;parte delle forze governative.<br \/>\nA&nbsp;partire dal dicembre&nbsp;2024 Assad si&nbsp;nasconde in&nbsp;Russia e&nbsp;difficilmente si&nbsp;decider&agrave; di&nbsp;fare almeno un&nbsp;viaggio verso altri Stati, soprattutto dopo questo mandato di&nbsp;arresto. Per&ograve; ora sappiamo dopo quale evento preciso&nbsp;&ndash; naturale e&nbsp;inevitabile&nbsp;&ndash; ci&nbsp;sar&agrave; almeno una minima speranza di&nbsp;vederlo arrestato.
